Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 c. diced celery
- 4 eggs, boiled and chopped
- 1 can small peas
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and place in dish.
- Layer remaining ingredients in order given.
- Add sugar to mayonnaise and spread over the top as you would frosting.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours.
