Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes, baked, peeled and mashed
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. milk
Method
- Sift the flour over the potatoes, starting with 1 1/2 cups. Cut butter into the flour and potato mixture. Add sugar and milk. If dough is too soft, add more flour. Knead, roll and cut with large biscuit cutter. Bake at 350° until lightly brown.
