Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 16 oz. jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 box frozen peas
- 2 medium green peppers, chopped
- 12 oz. shredded mild Cheddar
- 1 purple onion, diced
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. bacon
Method
- Boil peas; set aside to cool.
- Fry bacon, drain and crumble. Layer 9 x 12-inch glass pan with lettuce, onion, green pepper, peas and 12 ounces mayonnaise spread.
- Salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, shredded Cheddar and crumbled bacon.
