Ingredients
- 1 lb cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup fruit wine (raspberry and strawberry work well)
- sugar, to taste
Method
- Bring wine to a boil.
- Stir in sugar.
- Add cranberries.
- Stir regularly.
- Cranberries will "pop" and mixture will form a sauce.
- Continue cooking until sauce thickens.
- Add more sugar to taste.
- Can be made with 1/2 cup wine and 1/2 cup water.
