Ingredients
- 4 to 5 potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 lb. uncooked hamburger meat
- 1 small can tomato sauce
Method
- Dice and layer potatoes in bottom of pan.
- Dice thin layer of the onion and place on top of the potatoes.
- Cover with seasoning (optional).
- Cover with uncooked rice.
- Crumble uncooked hamburger meat and cover the potatoes, onion and rice mixture.
- Pat down evenly.
- Add 1 can of Ranch Style beans and cover with tomato sauce.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
