Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 ounce blanco tequila
- 1 ounce Cynar (bitter artichoke liqueur)
- 1/2 ounce dry sherry
- 3 dashes of orange bitters
- 1 orange twist, flamed, for garnish
Method
- Fill a pint glass with ice.
- Add the tequila, Cynar, sherry and orange bitters and stir well.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the flamed orange twist.
