Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. lasagne noodles (6 to 9)
  • 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Mix cottage cheese and eggs together; set aside.
  • Put oil in skillet.
  • Add garlic and onion.
  • Cook until clear.
  • Add beef; cook until brown and drain.
  • Add salt, pepper, parsley and rosemary. Add tomato paste and water and simmer until done.
  • At same time boil noodles until done.
