Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes or tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lasagna noodles

Method

  • In a medium size non-stick skillet, brown beef.
  • Drain grease. Add tomatoes or tomato sauce, tomato paste, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes.
