Ingredients
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 stick margarine, melted and cooled
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix sugar, oatmeal and flour (add salt, if desired).
- Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate, covered, 4 hours or overnight.
- Drop by 1/2 teaspoon on unbuttered foil on cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 12 minutes or until slightly browned. Cool on foil before removing.
