Ingredients
- 1 c. wheat
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. honey
- 3 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
Method
- Soak wheat in 2 cups of water for 4 hours.
- Cook until desired tenderness.
- Meanwhile, cook honey with water and add poppy seed; add nuts.
- Serve cold with the wheat.
