Ingredients
- 7 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. each: salt, dry mustard, pepper and garlic or onion powder
- 2 c. seasoned croutons (1 box equals 4 c.)
- 5 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- cooked bacon slices
Method
- Beat eggs, milk and seasonings until foamy.
- Put croutons on bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish (shallow), then cheese, then pour egg mixture over all.
- Cook 1 hour at 325°.
- Lay bacon on top when done.
- Serves 6 to 8.
