Ingredients
- 4 qt. water
- 2 c. shredded pineapple
- 2 qt. strong tea
- 2 lb. sugar
- 3 c. orange juice
- 1 c. lemon juice
Method
- Boil 1 quart of water and sugar for 1 minute.
- Cool.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Serve in a punch bowl with ice cubes.
- Garnish with orange and lemon slices, maraschino cherries and sprigs of mint.
- Serves 50.
