Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 c. shredded kraut, drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix the oil, sugar, vinegar and salt.
- Pour over onion, green pepper, celery and kraut.
- Mix well.
- Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
- Keeps for 2 weeks.
