Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lamb chops
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 4 onions, sliced
- 8 oz. carrots, sliced
- 1 1/2 lb. potatoes, sliced
- 2 c. beef stock
- salt and pepper
Method
- Trim fat from chops and roll in flour.
- Place layer of chops, then onions, carrots and potatoes in large casserole, seasoning each layer lightly with salt and pepper.
- Finish with potatoes. Pour stock over.
- Cover.
