Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) can kraut
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Mix together kraut, onion, celery and green pepper.
- Combine vinegar, oil and sugar.
- Blend and let stand for 1 hour or longer. Serves 6.
