Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 large can Bavarian kraut
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Shape into balls.
- Make a thick paste with flour and milk.
- Coat each ball and then deep fry until brown.
- Can freeze and then heat in oven at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
