Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut into pieces
- 5 large potatoes, cut in 4 pieces
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 can sweet peas
- salt and pepper
Method
- Put potatoes in the bottom of a pot, then put chicken pieces over potatoes.
- Season with salt.
- Pour tomato sauce over it along with the oil.
- Season with pepper and add 1/2 cup water.
- Bake at 400° until chicken is browned on both sides, then make room on the sides for peas and add 1 cup water.
- Season a little.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed.
