Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut into pieces
  • 5 large potatoes, cut in 4 pieces
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 can sweet peas
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Put potatoes in the bottom of a pot, then put chicken pieces over potatoes.
  • Season with salt.
  • Pour tomato sauce over it along with the oil.
  • Season with pepper and add 1/2 cup water.
  • Bake at 400° until chicken is browned on both sides, then make room on the sides for peas and add 1 cup water.
  • Season a little.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed.
