Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. diced green onion
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic
Method
- Mix the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, pepper, diced onion, diced green onion and chopped garlic.
- Use this sauce to marinate thinly sliced beef (rump roast), chicken or pork chops for 2 to 3 hours.
- Grill or broil.
- Serve over white rice.
