Ingredients
- 1 lb. oleo
- 4 c. flour
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- preserves
- powdered sugar
Method
- Mix together the oleo, flour and ice cream and let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Roll out on floured surface and cut into 2 to 3-inch squares.
- Put 1 teaspoon preserves in middle. Fold corners up to center.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for approximately 14 to 15 minutes until slightly brown on bottoms. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when done.
- Do not bake until brown on top; they will look not quite done.
