Ingredients
- 9 ounces yellow cake mix or white
- 1 egg
- 3 ounces vanilla instant pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup light cream
- 2 kiwi fruit
- 1 pint strawberries fresh
Method
- To make shell, prepare cake mix according to package directions and pour batter into flan pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
- Using milk and cream, prepare pudding according to package directions.
- Pour into cooled flan shell.
- Top with kiwi fruit.
- Chill until firm.
- Just prior to serving, top kiwi with strawberries.
- Garnish with small amount of whipped
