Ingredients

  • 3 Kiwis
  • 60 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Method

  • Chop the kiwis in halves, then scoop out the fruit with a spoon.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a pot and heat.
  • After about 12 to 13 minutes, it's done!
  • It should be on the thin side.
  • Transfer to a sterilized jar while still hot, then turn the jar upside down to cool.
  • It's a perfect complement to yogurt!
  • Cut parchment paper in squares with pinking shears to wrap it as a gift.
