Ingredients
- 3 Kiwis
- 60 grams Granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Method
- Chop the kiwis in halves, then scoop out the fruit with a spoon.
- Add all of the ingredients to a pot and heat.
- After about 12 to 13 minutes, it's done!
- It should be on the thin side.
- Transfer to a sterilized jar while still hot, then turn the jar upside down to cool.
- It's a perfect complement to yogurt!
- Cut parchment paper in squares with pinking shears to wrap it as a gift.
