Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. soft taco shells
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning or less
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Mix sour cream, taco seasoning and cheese. Spread ingredients over all the taco shells. Roll each shell up and place in a freezer-safe container. Freeze until they can be sliced (about 1 to 2 hours). Slice each shell crossways. You may want to cut off each end and discard if serving on party tray. Serve refrigerated or at room temperature.
