Ingredients
- 1 ripe kiwi fruit, pared and cut up
- 1 ripe peach, pared, cut up and pitted
- 1/4 c. crushed ice
- ginger ale, well chilled
- 2 kiwi slices
Method
- Blend the cut up kiwi, peach and ice in a blender until liquified, at least 1 minute.
- Half-fill 2 tall glasses.
- Fill with ginger ale.
- Garnish each with a slice of kiwi.
