Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 to 6 chicken leg quarters
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt

Method

  • Simmer leg quarters until tender.
  • Remove chicken from broth and cool.
  • Reserve 1 cup broth.
  • Place spaghetti in cup of broth and boil (do not drain).
  • When chicken has cooled, cut into small pieces.
  • Add chicken to cooked spaghetti.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and mix with chicken-spaghetti.
  • Place in preheated 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes (less time if using microwave). Should serve 4 to 6 people, depending on who is eating it!
