Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sauce roasted garlic teriyaki marinade
- 3 pounds chicken broiler fryer, quartered
Method
- Pour marinade over chicken, in zip closure bag.
- Press air out of bag; close top securely.
- Turn bag over serveral times to coat pieces well.
- Refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight.
- Grill chicken 5 to 7 inches from medium hot coals 35 to 40 minutes, or until no longer pink in center.
