Ingredients
- 2 egg whites (room temperature)
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 2 c. pecan halves
Method
- Beat egg whites in small bowl until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, blending until well blended.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.
- Remove to wire racks to cool.
