Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. kielbasa, sliced diagonally 1-inch pieces
- 1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- In crock-pot, mix together last 4 ingredients. Add cut up kielbasa. Mix together and heat about 6 hours on low.
