Ingredients
- 2 lb. kielbasa
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes, dice
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. water
Method
- Brown Kielbasa in oil with peppers and onion. When brown add stewed tomatoes and seasoning. Serve over white rice. Quick and easy.
