- 4 bonless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 green onions, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Pound chicken (in a zip lock bag) until its 1/4" thick, place in baking dish.
- Combine brown sugar and next 5 ingredients. Brush mustard mixture on both sides of chicken. Cover & marinate for 1-2 hours in fridge.
- Remove chicken - save marinade.
- Combine butter & olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and saute until chicken is done.
- Remove drippings from pan and place chicken on a serving dish. Add marinade to skillet and bring to a boil, pour over chicken.
- Serve with rice and green salad.
