- 3/4 cups Margarine
- 1 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1-3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 4 cups Rolled Oats
- 2 cups Semis-sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
Method
- Cream together the margarine, sugars, peanut butter and eggs. Add vanilla. Mix in the baking soda, salt and rolled oats. Fold in the chocolate chips and sunflower seeds.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake in a 350F convection oven for 9 minutes.
- Yield: 6 dozen cookies.
