Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Margarine
  • 1 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1-3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 4 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Semis-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds

Method

  • Cream together the margarine, sugars, peanut butter and eggs. Add vanilla. Mix in the baking soda, salt and rolled oats. Fold in the chocolate chips and sunflower seeds.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake in a 350F convection oven for 9 minutes.
  • Yield: 6 dozen cookies.
