Ingredients
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- ice cubes
- 3 c. thawed Cool Whip
- 1 c. diced fresh, frozen or canned fruit
- 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust
Method
- Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
- Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
- Remove any unmelted ice.
- Using wire whisk, blend in whipped topping.
- Whip until smooth.
- Fold in fruit and chill until mixture will mound.
