Ingredients

  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 2/3 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • ice cubes
  • 3 c. thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 c. diced fresh, frozen or canned fruit
  • 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust

Method

  • Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
  • Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
  • Remove any unmelted ice.
  • Using wire whisk, blend in whipped topping.
  • Whip until smooth.
  • Fold in fruit and chill until mixture will mound.
