Ingredients

  • 2 packages of vegan ground (crumbles type thing)
  • 1 onion chopped fine
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tablespoons curry
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 large tomato chopped or slightly less than a 15 oz can of diced tomato drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Method

  • Saute onions. Add curry until fragrant. Add cinnamon stick and veggie crumbles. Heat and mix. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. May add more curry to taste. Once mixed and to taste add peas. heat through.
