Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. water
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix and shape into a round ball.
- Refrigerate overnight. Bring back to room temperature before rolling out on floured wax paper.
- Bake and cool before adding filling.
