Ingredients
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. pecans
Method
- Whip egg white until stiff.
- Add sugar and mix.
- Add other ingredients, mixing well.
- Fold in pecans and put on buttered cookie pan.
- Cook at 250° for 30 minutes.
