Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked and chopped chicken
- 1 doz flour tortillas
- 1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- pepper to taste
- 2 cup chicken bouillon
- 1 cup sour cream
Method
- 1. melt butter
- 2. slowly add flour, pepper to taste, chicken bouillon, and sour cream in that order.
- 3. set aside
- 4. Put 2 tblsp cheese and 1 tblsp onion and chicken in each tortilla, roll and place in 9 x 13 pan.
- 5. pour sauce on top of rolled tortillas and cover with remaining cheese.
- 6. cover and bake @ 350 degrees for 20-30 min.
