Ingredients

  • 2 cup cooked and chopped chicken
  • 1 doz flour tortillas
  • 1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 cup chicken bouillon
  • 1 cup sour cream

Method

  • 1. melt butter
  • 2. slowly add flour, pepper to taste, chicken bouillon, and sour cream in that order.
  • 3. set aside
  • 4. Put 2 tblsp cheese and 1 tblsp onion and chicken in each tortilla, roll and place in 9 x 13 pan.
  • 5. pour sauce on top of rolled tortillas and cover with remaining cheese.
  • 6. cover and bake @ 350 degrees for 20-30 min.
