Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 14 ounces firm tofu
Method
- Wait down tofu between paper and kitchen towels for ten minutes. Dried tofu. Slice into half-inch cubes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil and fresh ginger. Place the tofu in the marinade and toss gently. Set aside for thirty minutes. Arrange tofu in single layer and bake for ten minutes.
