Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. (1/4-inch) strips or chunks venison
- medium pot with water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 4 large tomatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2
- 1 1/2 c. green and red peppers
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 capful lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. meat tenderizer
Method
- Boil venison in all of the ingredients.
- Let boil about 10 minutes.
- Cool and drain.
