Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of chicken
- 1 pkg. noodles
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. cooked chicken (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
Method
- Add in water to pot with 1/2 tbsp of salt.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add in noodles and reduce heat.
- Cook till tender and stirring to be sure noodles do not stick together.
- Drain noodles/rinse.
- Return to pot and add in 1 c. of cooked chicken if desire.
- Add in 2 cans of cream of chicken along with 1 c. of lowfat milk (if needed add in a little more).
- Stir all together and simmer.
- Enjoy.
