Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken
  • 1 pkg. noodles
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. cooked chicken (optional)
  • 1/2 tbsp. salt

Method

  • Add in water to pot with 1/2 tbsp of salt.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add in noodles and reduce heat.
  • Cook till tender and stirring to be sure noodles do not stick together.
  • Drain noodles/rinse.
  • Return to pot and add in 1 c. of cooked chicken if desire.
  • Add in 2 cans of cream of chicken along with 1 c. of lowfat milk (if needed add in a little more).
  • Stir all together and simmer.
  • Enjoy.
