Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 to 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped or garlic chips or garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • In a shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients except for shrimp.
  • Cook, uncovered, in microwave at High for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring twice.
  • Stir shrimp into butter sauce.
  • Cover.
  • Microwave at High for 5 to 7 1/2 minutes or until shrimp are opaque.
  • Let stand, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
