Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 to 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped or garlic chips or garlic powder
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- In a shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients except for shrimp.
- Cook, uncovered, in microwave at High for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring twice.
- Stir shrimp into butter sauce.
- Cover.
- Microwave at High for 5 to 7 1/2 minutes or until shrimp are opaque.
- Let stand, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
