Ingredients

  • 5 cups kale
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 pinches finely ground sea salt

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees .
  • Tear the leaves from the stems and break them into bite size pieces.
  • Wash them well, spin dry, then place on a cookie sheet.
  • Drizzle the Kale pieces with the best quality olive oil you can find (this really does make a difference), sprinkle sea salt on top.
  • Rub the salt and oil into the Kale and then place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • Check at 8 or 9 minutes to prevent over cooking.
  • If more is needed just double the recipe.
  • These keep for a good while in an airtight container.
