Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. candied cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. light raisins
  • 1 1/2 lb. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. flaked coconut

Method

  • Combine margarine, marshmallows, and milk in saucepan.
  • Cook over low heat until melted, stirring constantly.
  • Combine cracker crumbs, fruit, and nuts in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add milk mixture, stirring until well mixed.
  • Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and roll in coconut.
  • Yield: 5 dozen.
