- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 lb. candied cherries, chopped
- 1/2 lb. light raisins
- 1 1/2 lb. chopped nuts
- 1 c. flaked coconut
Method
- Combine margarine, marshmallows, and milk in saucepan.
- Cook over low heat until melted, stirring constantly.
- Combine cracker crumbs, fruit, and nuts in a large mixing bowl.
- Add milk mixture, stirring until well mixed.
- Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and roll in coconut.
- Yield: 5 dozen.
