Ingredients

  • 1 square unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 cup natural-style crunchy peanut butter
  • 595 g brown rice syrup
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 cups vanilla protein powder

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl except for the protein powder and oats.
  • Microwave in one minute increments stirring until combined.
  • add protein powder and stir to combine.
  • add in oats and stir to combine.
  • Spray oil on a cookie sheet and spread mixture out evenly.
  • Top with foil and place in fridge for 30 minutes to cool.
  • Cut into 22 even bars.
