Ingredients
- 1 square unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 cup natural-style crunchy peanut butter
- 595 g brown rice syrup
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 cups vanilla protein powder
Method
- Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl except for the protein powder and oats.
- Microwave in one minute increments stirring until combined.
- add protein powder and stir to combine.
- add in oats and stir to combine.
- Spray oil on a cookie sheet and spread mixture out evenly.
- Top with foil and place in fridge for 30 minutes to cool.
- Cut into 22 even bars.
