Ingredients
- 1 pkg. won ton skins
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can shrimp, drained
- green onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine ground beef, shrimp, onion and water chestnuts.
- Place small amount on won ton skins.
- Fry in oil, then steam with water and soy sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
