- 1 lb. chicken steak, cut in strips or shrimp or scallops
- 1 c. green pepper strips
- 1 c. red pepper strips
- 1 c. mushroom slices
- 1 c. onion slices
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
- 2 Tbsp. garlic oil
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. light teriyaki sauce
Method
- Marinate meat or fish in 1/4 cup or less of teriyaki sauce for 2 hours.
- Heat saute pan.
- Add 1/2 both oils and stir-fry the meat or fish.
- Remove from pan.
- Clean pan.
