Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons celery seeds
  • 4 tablespoons grated onions
  • 1 cup salad oil, of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 12 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 heads broccoli, florets only
  • 12 cup green onion, tips
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms

Method

  • Place the broccoli, green onions and mushrooms in a large bowl.
  • Put all other ingredients in blender and blend until combined.
  • Pour over broccoli mixture.
