Ingredients
- 1 lb. potatoes
- 1 lb. fresh scrod or any white fish
- 4 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
Method
- Bring potatoes to a boil in water to cover them and cook until soft.
- Rice or mash them and put aside.
