- 1 small chicken, stewed, deboned and cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 c. picante sauce (mild, medium or hot according to family's taste)
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
Method
- Mix well the ingredients in a huge, greased casserole.
- Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
- Next day, bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Sprinkle with a little more cheese and serve.
