Ingredients

  • 1 small chicken, stewed, deboned and cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 c. picante sauce (mild, medium or hot according to family's taste)
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked

Method

  • Mix well the ingredients in a huge, greased casserole.
  • Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Next day, bake at 325° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  • Sprinkle with a little more cheese and serve.
