Ingredients
- 2 6-8 ounce lobster tails
- 2 6-8 ounce snapper filets
- Jerk seasoning
- Olive oil
- Hot cooked rice
Method
- 1. Coat griddle with olive oil and place over medium heat
- 2. Season lobster tail and snapper with salt and pepper
- 3. Coat both sides of lobster and snapper with jerk seasoning
- 4. Grill lobster tail for 2-3 minutes per side
- 5. Grill snapper for 3-4 minutes per side
- 6. Serve over hot cooked rice
