Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 8 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Method

  • In a large skillet, brown beef, sausage and onion.
  • Drain fat. Stir in 1 cup cheese, green pepper, corn, soup, tomato sauce, garlic, salt and noodles.
  • Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.

  • 8 to 10 servings.
