Ingredients
- 1/2 large Spanish onion
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 c. cabbage, shredded
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
Method
- Heat meat through.
- Do not brown with onion.
- Spread cabbage (half) in a 2-quart casserole with mixture, then with remaining cabbage.
- Pour soup over top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
